Are the Results Behind Your Decisions Reliable?
Check that conversions are not counted twice and that different actions are not treated as equivalent. A click on a phone number, a form submission and a purchase represent different stages. Define exactly which action your decisions are based on.
When several platforms claim credit for the same action, adding up their numbers does not necessarily give you the number of unique customers or purchases. Understand where the data comes from before calculating an overall cost per result.
What Is the Quality of the Results?
A low cost per lead is not enough if most leads are unqualified. Review lead quality with the team handling inquiries, including response times and the reasons prospects do not move forward.
For an ecommerce website, returns and additional costs matter. Revenue attributed to a campaign is not profit, and revenue alone does not tell you how much more budget the campaign can support.
Are Your Website and Business Ready for More Demand?
Working forms, clear landing pages and prompt responses help you use your budget effectively. If you cannot handle more inquiries or products are out of stock, more advertising can create pressure without delivering enough value.
We also check whether you have enough relevant creative and offers to support expansion. Showing the same message repeatedly to a limited audience is not the same as reaching a new audience.
Scale with Clear Review Criteria
Agree on what to scale, how quickly and which signals should trigger a pause for review. Results do not necessarily grow in proportion to budget; conditions may change as campaigns expand.
For example, if leads are relevant but responses are slow, start with lead routing and an alert to the responsible team member. Then increase the budget gradually and assess the business outcomes. Budget decisions should take the entire customer journey into account.
