Website Already in Design or Development? Bring SEO and Analytics into the Process

Even if a designer and developer are already involved, we can add professional support for content, SEO and analytics. Identifying requirements before launch makes them easier to incorporate into the build.

Define What the Site Needs to Achieve

A page inventory is more than a navigation menu. Identify which services and products need dedicated pages, what customers search for and what they need to understand before contacting you. Keyword and question research helps build a purposeful content structure.

We also define conversion actions, such as a form submission, a purchase or another meaningful event. It is better to agree on these before forms and user journeys are built.

Incorporate Requirements into the Development Work

We define requirements for titles, links, URL structure, redirects and relevant data. We check that search engines can access the content and that mobile user journeys work. Each requirement should be clear to whoever implements it.

Our support does not replace your developer. Your existing developer or an independent provider carries out the development. We provide requirements, raise questions, report issues and retest within the agreed scope.

Replacing a Website Starts with Mapping the Existing One

Before changing URLs, inventory existing pages and decide which to retain, consolidate or replace. For each URL that needs a redirect, identify a destination that matches the content and visitor intent.

Redirecting every page to the homepage is not enough. A redirect map is a working document that needs to be reviewed. Even a page that is not in the navigation may matter because of existing links or traffic.

Test Before and After Launch

We run through contact and purchase scenarios, check the data that reaches your tracking and, if the journey spans more than one domain, check cross-domain behavior. In a staging environment, we make sure test data does not mix with real business data.

After launch, we check URLs, redirects, forms and the first live data. For example, a form may appear to work but send an inquiry without recording a conversion, or record it twice. A checklist that assigns each fix to an owner helps close gaps before activity scales up.
